What we do

When you choose Pour Me & Co. for your event, we guarantee the entire bar is taken care of from the ice to crafted cocktails. Your guests will interact with the bar staff more than any other vendor and we pride ourselves on providing a unique and memorable experience with our vintage Chevy Apache and our professional, outgoing bar staff.

Here at Pour Me & Co. we passionately believe in elevated experiences that stand for quality over quantity. We have diligently designed and created a unique experience to bring your next event, corporate celebration, party or wedding to a level of paragon.

Our vintage ‘59 Chevy Apache turned mobile bar is equipped with a full draft system in tow. She can pour four craft cocktails, mocktails, champagne, wine, lattes and more from the tap of our pour handles.

A traditional upscale cocktail is made by a highly-skilled mixologist that perfectly balances a simple drink with the highest consistency and quality ingredients. Our draft cocktail system brings that scientific care and precision into each pour from any person operating the pour handle.

How it works

We specialize in tapping craft cocktails out of the bed of our truck. We can tap any cocktail, mocktail, champagne, wine, lemonade, latte and more. If you can dream it up, we can draft it up.

Please note due to Wisconsin liquor laws, clients must provide their own alcohol as we can’t carry a liquor license. Let us take care of the rest!

Our full service package includes:

  • Delivery, set-up and tear down of our mobile bar
  • 4+ hours of pour service (additional time can be added!)
  • Professional and outgoing staff onsite to ensure the experience runs smoothly from start to finish
  • High-end disposable stemware sized for your beverage of choice
  • A couple hundred pounds of ice
  • Bar napkins + straws
  • All non-alcoholic ingredients + garnishes (Ex: soda, bitters, cherries and orange slices for an Old-Fashioned).
  • Custom acrylic tapper signs of your chosen drinks
  • Liability Insurance
  • Travel time up to 50 miles from Union Grove, WI included
  • Don’t forget, a great photo opp!

So, you don’t provide the alcohol? That’s correct. State law prevents us from supplying the alcohol but we can help you determine how much you’ll need. If your venue requires you to purchase their alcohol packages, that’s great! We work well with others.

    WHAT CAN YOU TAP?

    The options are endless, so let your imagination run wild! We can tap any draft cocktail, beer, wine or mocktail. Our personal favorites are Old-Fashioneds, Margaritas, Manhattans, Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Vodka Lemonade, Jack & Coke, Gin & Tonic, Vodka Redbull, or Champagne. Maybe you have your own signature cocktail, like a Bulldog Mash, and we love those! If you share the idea, we can draft it up!

    SO, YOU DON’T PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?

    That’s correct. State law prevents us from supplying the alcohol as we don’t carry a liquor license. This is to be supplied by you, the venue or the caterer.

    WHY POUR FROM THE TAP?

    Tappers eliminate waste which ultimately helps cut your costs. Your guests also don’t have to wait in line for the bartender to pour, mix and shake that perfect cocktail! Ours are readily available at the tap of the pour handle.

    WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVE?

    We are currently serving locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. One hour of travel to and from Union Grove, WI is included in the base rental rate. Extended travel or overnight events can easily be accommodated.

    We love to travel, so if you’re outside of this location, please don’t hesitate to inquire.

    Our pricing is as diverse as the markets we serve, which means we cater to each client and the needs of their event. Please contact us with your ideas, we’d love to provide you a quote!

    HOW CAN I RESERVE THIS?

    Please fill out the contact form on the inquiries tab, tell us about your vision, and let’s get your date penciled in. Once we’ve confirmed the date and location details, a 50% deposit is required to finalize your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

    If your event is within 30 days of the reservation, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

    We understand life happens. In the event your plans change, we’ll always work with you to move your date or offer a credit towards future use.

    ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?

    Yes! We carry general liability insurance and can provide copies upon request.

    About us

    Founded by Joel & Brittany Mutter, Joel gives all the credit to his wife in creating Pour Me & Co. Brittany places a high value on elevated experiences and one of her greatest passions (aside from their two English Bulldogs, Morty and Creed) is traveling and experiencing new cultures, food and people.

    When asked about her vision Brittany says, “A great experience for your guests can really be the difference between a fun night and one to remember. People remember when they experience something out of the ordinary and they want to tell their family and friends about it. We’re confident our pour truck will do just that.”
